Executive Compensation Framework Program

Under the Broader Public Sector Executive Compensation Act (BPSECA), the Ontario government has put in place a framework for executive compensation, Regulation 304/16, that requires every designated public-sector organization to provide compensation information for each designated executive position.

The Regulation requires each designated employer to engage in public consultations in which members of the public have opportunity to provide comments on the compensation framework.

The Draft Executive Compensation Program for the McMichael Canadian Art Collection has been approved by the overseeing Ministry, the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport as well as Treasury Board Secretariat, and is now open for public feedback and comments for a period of 30 days. Any feedback, comments should be sent to hr@mcmichael.com no later than February 24, 2018.
