The Opportunity

The McMichael is seeking a part time IT and AV Assistant who as a member of the IT Department will provide support to staff and visitors.  This position is responsible for providing IT and AV support to ensure smooth and seamless operations during weekends and holidays.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of Windows 7, 8 and 10, the ability to support networked printers and all-in-one devices, operate multimedia devices (i.e. digital cameras, projectors and alike), and have experience with DVD/Blue-ray devices and sound systems.  Good working knowledge of Windows, Apple and Linux, the ability to inquire about hardware/software services and technical support as well as the ability to assist and train other staff is required.
