BOOKING INFORMATION

“A” IS FOR ART

An introduction to collecting through the story of the founders, Robert and Signe McMichael. Focusing on literacy and guided viewing, this gallery-based interactive program will use storytelling and play to gently familiarize students with the public gallery environment.

The program will end with an artmaking activity. A short snack break will be provided.

COLOUR QUEST

Specifically designed for young learners with a focus on the elements of design, this program offers play-based gallery activities, including role-playing and storytelling, to introduce students to iconic Canadian artworks. The gallery visit is followed by an artmaking workshop in the studio, where students experiment with a printmaking technique. A short snack break will be provided.

Fee: $12 per student.
