Restaurant services are provided by our partners at Cashew & Clive Cafe, who take inspiration from local produce, seasonal harvests, and international flavours.
Drawing inspiration from paintings featured in the special exhibitions, the feature menus are designed by Chef Shawn Rovan to incorporate seasonal colours and vibrant aspects portrayed by the artists.
The restaurant has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the forested Humber River Valley, and you're welcome for an afternoon coffee or an elegant lunch. Every season brings a charming new view and a seasonal menu.
Located in the Grand Hall
(last seating is at 3 p.m.)
The restaurant also serves McMichael wines, created by Diamond Estates winery to pay tribute to the artists that were part of the Group of Seven. A portion of the proceeds helps support the preservation of the art collection, and the wines are also available at your local LCBO! The Cabernet Merlot is smooth and complex with notes of cherry, vanilla and oak spice, and the award-winning Chardonnay is unoaked revealing a clean, crisp and fruity palate.
