ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Program Description:
In the cold winter months when everything slows down and goes to sleep enjoy a morning with your child by listening to Inuit stories for the long winter season, engage in funny Inuit games and art making activities inspired by the Arctic landscape.
Requirements:
Please note, the Pine Cottage Studio is limited to a maximum capacity of 10 children accompanied by one parent/guardian per child. Have you ever wondered why the Inuit women dress in the parkas with such a large hood? Join this very special edition of the Storytelling Circle that will explain some the most ingenious practical solutions that allowed Inuit peoples to survive the cold Arctic environment and discover hands -on their artistic creativity by applying some of their artmaking techniques to your own masterpiece.
