Unwind with a restorative morning yoga session at the McMichael with views over the Humber River Vallery. Registered Yoga Teacher Rina Morra will lead gentle sessions of Vinyasa flow yoga to awaken the mind and body.
Participants are asked to arrive and check in 20 minutes prior to the beginning of each session. Class will be held outdoors by the Wolves sculptures. During inclement weather, the class will move indoors. This program will meet for sign-in by the McMichael sign. We ask that each participant bring their own yoga mat.
Open to all skill levels. No prior yoga experience necessary. Please note that this program is only open to participants aged 16 and over.
