As the weather gets cooler and the leaves begin to change, unwind with a restorative morning yoga session at the McMichael with views over the Humber River Vallery. Registered Yoga Teacher Rina Morra will lead gentle sessions of Vinyasa flow yoga to awaken the mind and body.
This program will meet for sign-in at the Pine Cottage. Students will then be guided to the indoor gallery space for class.
We ask that interested participants please register online in advance due to demand. Space is limited. Please arrive 15 minutes before each session begins to check in and place your mat.
Open to all skill levels. No prior yoga experience necessary. Please note that this program is only open to participants aged 16 and over.
