Program Details
Each half-day workshop is built around a specific theme and begins with an in-gallery yoga session that combines gentle stretching, strengthening exercises, and yogic inspiration led by Registered Yoga Teacher Rina Morra. Following a short snack break, participants will enjoy meditation, an intention-setting circle, and journaling in the McMichael’s historic Founders’ Lounge.
Please bring a yoga mat and comfortable fitness clothes.
