Dunn est le fondateur et l\u2019associ\u00e9 directeur de Canadian Shield Capital, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019investissement priv\u00e9 et de services-conseils dont la mission est de b\u00e2tir de grandes entreprises canadiennes dot\u00e9es de solides \u00e9quipes de direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Andrew a commenc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re chez Deloitte, o\u00f9 il a pass\u00e9 27 ans, occupant ultimement les fonctions de vice-pr\u00e9sident de Deloitte Canada et de pr\u00e9sident de son \u00ab Client Cabinet \u00bb, o\u00f9 il \u00e9tait responsable des relations avec les plus importants clients et les gouvernements. Il a exerc\u00e9 de nombreux r\u00f4les au sein des \u00e9quipes de direction canadiennes et mondiales du cabinet, notamment \u00e0 titre d\u2019associ\u00e9 directeur du groupe de fiscalit\u00e9 au Canada. M. Dunn est le coauteur de The Future of Productivity, une recherche visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la productivit\u00e9 des entreprises. Il a \u00e9galement agi \u00e0 titre de t\u00e9moin expert devant le Comit\u00e9 permanent des finances de la Chambre des communes et le Comit\u00e9 permanent des banques, du commerce et de l\u2019\u00e9conomie du S\u00e9nat. Son amour des affaires et son esprit entrepreneurial l\u2019ont men\u00e9 \u00e0 cofonder Altas Partners en 2012, o\u00f9 il a d\u2019abord occup\u00e9 les postes de chef de l\u2019exploitation et d\u2019associ\u00e9 codirecteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Andrew si\u00e8ge aux conseils d\u2019administration de la Fondation de l&rsquo;aide \u00e0 l&rsquo;enfance (Children\u2019s Aid Foundation), de la Fondation de l\u2019Upper Canada College ainsi que de plusieurs soci\u00e9t\u00e9s publiques et priv\u00e9es, dont Hatch, la plus grande soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie priv\u00e9e du Canada. Il est comptable agr\u00e9\u00e9 (FCPA, FCA) et d\u00e9tient un baccalaur\u00e9at \u00e8s arts ainsi qu\u2019une ma\u00eetrise en comptabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Waterloo. Fort d\u2019un mandat s\u2019\u00e9tendant sur plus de deux d\u00e9cennies, il a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans la croissance et le succ\u00e8s de l\u2019entreprise pendant 26 ans, tant par l&rsquo;excellence de sa pratique individuelle que par son soutien et ses contributions \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe de direction. Sa pratique se concentre sur les familles fortun\u00e9es, les fondations et les communaut\u00e9s autochtones partout au Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M. Downs a commenc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re \u00e0 la Banque Scotia en 1990, o\u00f9 il a occup\u00e9 plusieurs postes de direction dans les domaines du cr\u00e9dit et de l\u2019investissement dans le sud-ouest de l\u2019Ontario. Il a termin\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re bancaire au sein de la division de gestion d\u2019actifs chez Gestion de placements Scotia Cassels avant de se joindre \u00e0 CC&amp;L en 1999.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout au long de sa carri\u00e8re, Mike a \u0153uvr\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9volement pour plusieurs organisations, dont plus r\u00e9cemment au sein du conseil d&rsquo;administration du Southlake Regional Health Centre (pendant 9 ans) et de sa fondation (pendant 9 ans). Parall\u00e8lement, il a si\u00e9g\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9volement au comit\u00e9 national d\u2019investissement de Conservation de la nature Canada, o\u00f9 il a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9. Kiki is involved in all aspects of the business, from portfolio management and investment research to client service and administration. First and foremost, her efforts are dedicated to the analysis of companies and the management of client portfolios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kiki began her career at Merrill Lynch before moving to Guardian Capital where she managed equity and fixed income portfolios. Immediately prior to Delaney Capital, Kiki was a partner, executive vice president, and portfolio manager at Gluskin Sheff &amp; Associates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kiki has a BA from the University of Manitoba and is a CFA charter holder. She has been awarded honorary degrees from the University of Manitoba in 2011, OCAD University in 2012, and Mount Saint Vincent University, in Halifax, in 2014. In 2016, Kiki received the Edmund C. Bovey Award from Business for the Arts in recognition for her lifetime support of Canadian arts and culture. In 2017, Kiki was inducted into the Investment Industry Association of Canada Hall of Fame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kiki has served on the boards of many not-for-profit organizations across Canada, including the Hospital for Sick Children, the Art Gallery of Ontario, the National Ballet School, and most recently Art Canada Institute. Kiki is currently co-chair of Partners for Discovery at the University Health Network. Ms. Loewen has published over 50 articles on risk management, governance and entrepreneurship in the Globe and Mail and other publications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ms. Loewen has served on over 15 boards, including the Toronto Symphany Orchestra (TSO), McMichael Canadian Art Foundation, The Fraser Institute, and The Atmospheric Fund (AUM $100M). She has a deep interest in governance and serves on the Institute of Corporate Directors SWO (ICD SWO). She was principal senior counsel to significant private equity firms, leading many acquisitions, restructurings and divestitures.
