Patti MacNicol received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is a CPA, CA. From 1979 to 1994, Patti practiced public accounting with Clarkson Gordon\/Ernst & Young and worked on the regulatory side of the profession with the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For the past 28 years Patti was the Vice-Principal Administration\/Finance at Upper Canada College in Toronto. In addition, she served as Secretary to the College\u2019s Board of Governors and Treasurer of the three Foundations. Prior to her time at UCC, Patti spent four years in a similar role at Branksome Hall<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Patti retired from UCC in December 2025 and is now working with the Canadian Accredited Independent Schools Association as a Peer Review Facilitator and as a consultant with CAIS Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Patti has previously served as a member of the Board of Branksome Hall and as Chair of the Board of the Rosedale Day School. She is currently the Vice-Chair of the Board of CANFAR and a member of the Board of the Upper Canada College Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jon Dellandrea is a sort of Renaissance character\u2026 author, scholar, art historian, art detective, academic, community volunteer and a creative, curious, inquisitive soul. Educated at the University of Toronto with undergraduate, master’s and doctoral degrees and bestowed with a \u201cMaster of Arts by resolution\u201d from the University of Oxford, \u201cAmicus Artes Liberales\u201d from the University of Waterloo, and Honorary Doctorates from Nipissing University and the University of Toronto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When he is not writing he has served as Chancellor of Nipissing University, Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the University of Oxford, Vice-President & Chief Advancement Officer of the University of Toronto, Vice-President of Development of the University of Waterloo, President of the Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation, and President & CEO of the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre Foundation. He also served as Advancement Counsel to the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He has served as Chair of the Board of the Art Canada Institute and is a Trustee of the McMichael Canadian Art Collection and a Director of the Friends of St George\u2019s Hall Foundation. He has engaged in a variety of other community activities over the years, including the Boards of Right to Play and the Toronto Community Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
His work has been published in the Globe and Mail, The Literary Review of Canada, \u201cUp the Gatineau,\u201d the annual book of the Gatineau Valley Historical Society, Canadian Collector Magazine, and Canada\u2019s History Magazine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
His first published book, \u201cThe Great Canadian Art Fraud Case, The Group of Seven and Tom Thomson Forgeries,\u201d Goose Lane 2022, won the J.J. Talman Award for the best book on Ontario cultural history from the Ontario Historical Society in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is married to a talented painter, Lyne Dellandrea, who keeps him humble and sane, and they have two equally gifted sons, Matthew and Brendan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kiki Delaney founded Delaney Capital Management Ltd. in 1992. Kiki is involved in all aspects of the business, from portfolio management and investment research to client service and administration. First and foremost, her efforts are dedicated to the analysis of companies and the management of client portfolios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kiki began her career at Merrill Lynch before moving to Guardian Capital where she managed equity and fixed income portfolios. Immediately prior to Delaney Capital, Kiki was a partner, executive vice president, and portfolio manager at Gluskin Sheff & Associates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kiki has a BA from the University of Manitoba and is a CFA charter holder. She has been awarded honorary degrees from the University of Manitoba in 2011, OCAD University in 2012, and Mount Saint Vincent University, in Halifax, in 2014. In 2016, Kiki received the Edmund C. Bovey Award from Business for the Arts in recognition for her lifetime support of Canadian arts and culture. In 2017, Kiki was inducted into the Investment Industry Association of Canada Hall of Fame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kiki has served on the boards of many not-for-profit organizations across Canada, including the Hospital for Sick Children, the Art Gallery of Ontario, the National Ballet School, and most recently Art Canada Institute. Kiki is currently co-chair of Partners for Discovery at the University Health Network. As well, she is Chancellor Emeritus of OCAD University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
