About the\u00a0workshop<\/h2>\n

Join a unique stress-relieving workshop inspired by the Japanese tradition of\u00a0shinrin yoku\u00a0(forest bathing). The workshop begins with a guided viewing of the Group of Seven paintings displayed within the exhibition\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0A Like Vision\u00a0\u00bb: Group of Seven at 100<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0 Following a short break, the group will engage in a silent meditation walk on the McMichael\u2019s grounds, combined with en plein air sketching activities.\u00a0 Back in the studio, the participants will reflect on this experience and then use their preliminary sketch to create a polished painting during an instructor-led painting workshop.<\/p>\n<\/div>
