Marketing & Communication Support

7 weeks:  June 17 – August 2, 2024

Ontario Summer Experience Program (SEP) Grant

The Marketing and Communications Support would be responsible for the collection, reporting and analysis of visitor and programs data gathered from various resources, including ATMS, surveys, and Airtable, tracking the redemption of various coupons and passes on an ongoing basis, completing administrative and marketing-related tasks (data entry, production schedule updates etc.) as needed, organizing marketing files/records in accordance with the gallery’s Records Management filing system and sorting and/or storing photos approved for advertising by category and size, assisting with the coordination of summer shuttle transportation (if applicable).

Summer Grounds Keeper / Facilities Support (1 position)

1 position at 7 weeks:  May-June or July-August

1 position at 16 weeks: May 8 – August 25, 2023 (this is a non-grant position and candidates do not need to meet the grant criteria)

Ontario Summer Experience Program (SEP) Grant

The Ground Keepers / Facilities Support are responsible for general grounds maintenance, grass cutting, flower/shrub bed maintenance, grounds clean-up, ensuring trails are clear and destination grounds are free of tree debris.  Position will include movement of equipment and supplies throughout the building, including set-up and tear-down of function equipment and furniture. Cleaning throughout all areas is required and the Groundskeepers/Facilities Support students would work with the Facilities department in helping to ensure routine cleanliness.

Experience working with lawn tools and machinery, and/or working in lawn care. Energetic, flexible with good customer service skills in a public institution. Position will require lifting items up to 20kg and bending to support maintenance duties.  First Aid training an asset.
