Artventure Winter Camp 2025
Program
Information
- Programs run from 9 am — 5 pm;
- Drop-off between 8:45 — 9 am;
- Pick-up between 4:45 — 5 pm;
- Before/after care is not available for this camp;
- Campers are required to bring their own nut-free and sesame seed-free lunch and snacks.

Step 1:
- Choose the program you wish to enroll in.
- Create a username and password: you will need to use it to create your child’s profile in the Camp Portal. It is suggested you use your email address as your username.
- Enter your camper’s full name.
- To complete your purchase, be sure to have a major credit card on hand. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- Complete your purchase.
Step 2:
- After purchasing a camp program, please log on to the Camp Portal with your username and password.
- You have 10 days from purchase to complete this step.
- We encourage you to use a desktop computer or laptop as opposed to a mobile device when completing this step.
- Complete your camper profile. These details are required to secure your spot:
- Add your camper and parent/caregiver details under “Household Participants.”
- Assign your camper to their registered class.
- Fill-out the student information form, including medical details.
- Add all individuals permitted to pick-up the camper, including parents.
Registration is confirmed once payment is received and your camper’s information is completed in the McMichael Camp Portal.
All rescheduling requests for Artventure Winter Camp sessions must be received prior to Wednesday, December 1, 2025, and will result in a $50 administration fee.
All cancellation requests must be received in writing and sent to: campdirector@mcmichael.com.
For Winter Camps, cancellation requests must be submitted by December 1, 2025, to receive a refund for fees less a $50 administrative fee.
No refunds after this date.
The McMichael reserves the right to cancel or combine individual programs if minimum registrations are not achieved 14 days prior to a camp’s start date. Full refunds will be made in the event of program cancellation.
