The McMichael Canadian Art Collection welcomes you to Opening Night of Art Toronto on Thursday, October 23. Enjoy complimentary drinks and canapés, VIP Lounge access, and priority admission to the fair all weekend.

Purchase two or more tickets to Opening Night before 11:59 pm ET on August 4, 2025, to be entered into a draw to win a private VIP tour for two of the McMichael Canadian Art Collection with Executive Director and Chief Curator Sarah Milroy, followed by lunch at Cabin. The McMichael invites you to celebrate the launch of Art Toronto with a vibrant evening of art, music, drinks, and canapés. Meet gallerists, artists, collectors, high-profile curators and art consultants.

All First Look and Opening Night tickets include the Collector’s 3-Day Pass (Friday-Sunday) and a charitable tax receipt, as applicable. All proceeds support McMichael Canadian Art Collection.

Purchase two or more tickets to Opening Night before midnight on August 4, 2025, to be entered into a draw to win a private VIP tour for two of the McMichael Canadian Art Collection with Frances and Tim Price Executive Director and Chief Curator Sarah Milroy. Your tour will be followed by a private lunch with Sarah at Cabin by Food Dudes, which offers visitors a curated selection of classic dishes made with the finest, locally sourced ingredients.   1. ELIGIBILITY:  Open only to INDIVIDUALS, 18 OR OLDER, WHO ARE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF CANADA except citizens of Quebec . Employees (and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of McMichael Canadian Art Collection (“Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, dealers and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Giveaway. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and local laws.
  1. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins at 4 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 23, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on  August 4, 2025.(“Giveaway Period”).
  1. HOW TO ENTER: During the Giveaway Period, there are two (2) ways to enter:
  1. PURCHASE: Entrants making a purchase of two or more Opening Night tickets to Art Toronto 2025 via the ticket purchase page https://www.tix123.com/tickets/?code=ART25 between the Giveaway Period will be automatically entered in the sweepstakes.
  1. WRITE-IN: To enter without making a purchase, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, email address and certify you are 18 years of age or older and mail a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, with proper postage to: Private VIP Tour Sweepstakes, The McMichael Canadian Art Collection, 10365 Islington Avenue, Kleinburg, Ontario, Canada, L0J 1C0. All write-in entries must be postmarked by August 4, 2025, and received by August 11, 2025. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per envelope/postcard. Each envelope/postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Multiple entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant are void. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for any entry that is lost, late, illegible, stolen, mutilated, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
  1. DRAWING: One winner will be selected in a drawing held on August 18, 2025, from all eligible entries received for the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. Potential winners will be notified by email and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release within seven (7) days of the date of issuance. If a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within the time period stated, return all required documents within the time period stated, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner selected for the drawing at issue. The winner will also be required to answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question administered via the telephone. Failure to answer the question correctly within the time period specified, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner for the drawing at issue.
  1. PRIZE: A private VIP tour for two of the McMichael Canadian Art Collection with Executive Director and Chief Curator Sarah Milroy, followed by a lunch at Cabin to be arranged at a mutually agreed-upon date before March 31, 2026. Total approximate value of the prize package is $140 CAD. Winner is solely responsible for all costs, incidentals, and expenses not specifically mentioned as being included, including but not limited to, ground transportation, phone calls, meals and gratuities. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or convertible to cash. No substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole option. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component for one of equal or greater value. All federal, provincial, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  2. PUBLICITY GRANT: Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
  1. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled messages, notifications, mail, surveys or entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the giveaway, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any giveaway-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this giveaway or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the giveaway or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the giveaway should any portion of the giveaway be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries. If terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants, by participating, agree that McMichael Canadian Art Collection and Art Toronto, Informa Canada, Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, service agencies, independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, web hosting and service and fulfillment providers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in this giveaway. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.
