ALL ANGELS JAZZ BAND
An all-ages favourite, All Angels Jazz Band is a Toronto-based traditional jazz band formed by six musicians who were volunteering their time performing at the St. Micheal and All Angels Church food bank at the height of the pandemic. The band embraces the traditional sounds of 1930s New Orleans and offers interactive performances influenced by the music of Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Nat King Cole, and other early jazz legends. The band plays in full New Orleans style with horn/vocalists, banjo, upright bass and, drumroll please, the washboard!
