Venez nous joindre pour le prochain évènement de notre série publique français ‘La Matinée Francophone’.  La programmation consistera d’un petit déjeuner et café suivi d’une visite guidée de notre exposition ‘Passion Over Reason : Tom Thomson & Joyce Wieland’.  Cet exposition propose une nouvelle perspective en ce qui concerne la vie et le travail de l’artiste incomparable Tom Thomson.  Examiner à travers le point de vue de l’artiste Joyce Wieland, on retrouve l’image et la conception légendaire de Tom Thomson (et le canada) imprégné de l’amour, du sexe et d’une féminité déclarer.

Please join us for the next event of our francophone series ‘La Matinée Francophone’.  The event will begin with a petit déjeuner of coffee and baked goods followed by a guided tour of the exhibit “Passion Over Reason: Tom Thomson & Joyce Wieland” in French.  This exciting exhibition proposes a new lens by which to look upon the life and work of Tom Thomson, taking cues from the perspective of Joyce Wieland, who imbues her vision of Thomson (and Canada) with overt femininity, love and sex.
