Anne Marie Dunn is a corporate director and retired senior human resources executive with more than 30 years of executive leadership experience helping organizations strengthen strategy, leadership and performance.

Following her retirement as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at CIBC, Anne Marie established an executive advisory and coaching practice, working with founders and senior executives on leadership performance that drives organizational growth. During her career, she held senior positions at CIBC, Meridian Credit Union, RBC and Charles Schwab Canada, partnering with CEOs and executive teams to lead organizational transformation, talent management, succession planning and compensation.

Anne Marie has served on the boards of Elexicon Energy, CIBC Mellon, Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall and now the McMichael Canadian Art Collection. She has completed the Institute of Corporate Directors’ Directors Education Program through the Rotman School of Management and is a Fellow of the International Women’s Forum Leadership Foundation, having completed executive leadership programs through Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
