    Forest Therapy Walk

    Led by Emily Pleasance, an artist and certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide, this program is designed to help you slow down, drop into the body, and better connect with yourself and the natural world. Inspired by the Japanese practice of ‘Shinrin-Yoku’, Forest Therapy draws on the interconnectedness humans have with our natural environment. Through embodiment and relaxation practices, it will teach you how to see nature as a supportive resource.

  • Abstract Painting Workshop with Lydia Panart – September 2025

    Workshop offers artists the opportunity to explore and expand their artistic vocabulary into the abstract realm. Artist and instructor Lydia Panart will guide participants through the process of examining a provided image from different points of view to develop a personalized, abstract response.
