Playing with Tom Thomson
Did you know that iconic Canadian landscape painter Tom Thomson was also a skilled musician who sang and played the violin and mandolin? Later in his life he even signed up for guitar lessons! Drawing inspiration from Thomson’s musical inclinations, the McMichael has created a series of fun summer activities that will playfully weave together a passion for music with the visual arts!
